Corr Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced billing manager for our branch in Tamworth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in either Industrial, Driving or Health Care Recruitment.

Managers Responsibilities

Budget management and be responsible and accountable for allocated financial resources in line with company goals.

Manage, verify and monitor expenditure on marketing.

Creation of an appropriate environment to enable staff to fulfill the job requirements. Maintain health, safety and welfare of branch workforce. On call duties to be allocated fairly.

Create a work environment where staff are enabled to perform to the best of their abilities

Monitor, measure and record staff results and behaviors

Monitor quality of services provided by employees to company clients, temporary workers and suppliers.

Provide training and development opportunities for improving performance.

Recruit new staff for branch in line with company policy & procedure

Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all recruitment, employment, payroll regulations/applicable laws

Manage branch sales activities: networking, cold calling, field marketing, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients

Follow up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.

Negotiate and close new business deals.

Create, manage and develop relationships with existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.

Address client satisfaction issues promptly.
