Business Development Manager – Truck Leasing, Midlands or North / Flexible
£45/50k base, £70/75k OTE, car and benefits
Is creating and successfully managing truck focussed business opportunities for a leading fleet solutions company. You will work with both prospective and existing customers to fully qualify their requirements and align your solution accordingly, so that both they – and your organisation, create a win-win outcome. You will have targets for both volume and profit, self-managing your time and activities, keeping your line manager updated through regular review. This is a great career opportunity for someone who understands the commercial vehicle industry with a track record in sales.

You have a stable CV showing good progression in quality commercial vehicle focussed businesses together with a deep understanding of the UK commercial vehicle sector. You are great with customers, self-disciplined, self-motivated and sales-focussed with a track record of hitting your targets. You can evidence your understanding of the market through your ability to fully understand your client’s requirements, and present evidence-based business cases to win business. Although this is a field role, your ability to work as part of a team is essential, supporting and benefiting from colleague support on an ongoing basis.
