IT Problem Manager - Coventry - 35,000 - 45,000 I am currently recruiting for an IT Problem Manager to join a dynamic team based in Coventry. The IT Problem Manager will be responsible for providing Continual Service Improvement initiatives to minimise service impact of any IT incident / outage and provide Management insight into Incident / Problem and Known Error processes. The IT Problem Manager will drive suppliers to support the tactical and strategic evolution of IT Service Operations by defining, owning and delivering proactive initiatives. You will ensure vendor partners are appropriately engaged and prepared to support incident / problem reviews both during and after incidents so experience managing offshore/onshore vendor partners is essential. You will deliver strategic initiatives to drive the development of the IT Service Delivery group, deliver weekly Service Level reports and monitor KPI and SLA reporting from third parties. It is essential that the IT Problem Manager has experience leading / managing a team of Problem Managers, offshore management would be beneficial. SIAM (Service Integration and Management) is a crucial part of this role. It is that you have experience of governing key ITIL processes in large multi-vendor organisations, have a strong service operations background and proven experience working within Incident, Change and Problem functions/programmes.
