Job Summary

Working in partnership with one of the UK’s leading household appliance brands, we are looking to grow our team of expert Customer Service Advisors. With full training provided, you will support customers who are having technical difficulties with their appliances, troubleshoot problems and educate customers whilst booking engineers where required. Delivering a world class customer experience is key, and as part of this you will offer eligible customers a protection plan to provide piece of mind for the future of their appliance.

If they are experiencing difficulties with their household appliances we will help them in any way we can. Whether it’s checking if their fridge is still under warranty, or troubleshooting a fault with their washing machine - we are experts and will patiently talk them through it all.

We will support our customers as much as we can over the phone, and if we can’t fix it with them, we will find someone that can!

The successful candidates will need to be confident, proactive, and patient, who is able to build great rapport with the customers whilst having an insatiable curiosity to continually look to add value to the customers’ experience.

Primary Job Responsibilities

We’re looking for people that are:

  • Great communicators.
  • Superb at building rapport with customers.
  • Computer literate.
  • Comfortable with giving guidance.
  • Patient when explaining information to customers.
  • Passionate about delivering the best customer service.
  • Comfortable offering customers regulated protection products.
  • Experience in a customer services or a sales role is desirable.
