Community Lead Nurse Job in Hereford

We are seeking an experienced clinical nurse to join our growing community team in the Hereford area.

At Newcross, we take pride in delivering the highest standards of care in line with CQC guidelines, so if you're looking for a place where you'll be supported to deliver the best possible care, this is the nursing job for you.

In this role, you will be involved in managing referrals, creating care plans and associated assessments as well as conducting staff supervisions. It's important you're a confident leader as you'll be managing your care team on a day to day basis, ensuring skill competencies are maintained and personal development opportunities are regularly undertaken.

Our clients rely on us to provide an excellent quality of care that meets their personal needs and enhances their quality of life, and you will be an instrumental part of the clinical team that ensures we always deliver.

Job title: Community Lead Nurse in Complex Care

Location: Community based with local office in Hereford

Hours of work: Full time and part time hours available

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum, OTE £34K, pro rata for part time

We are seeking a registered nurse with at least 2 years' clinical experience for this role, possibly Band 6 equivalent, with experience in the NHS, nursing homes, community nursing or district nursing. Previous experience of managing complex care in the home is desirable, but not essential.

In this lead nurse role, we'll encourage you to develop your skills and gain competencies in an increasing range of complex conditions. Upon joining you will receive a bespoke induction, both to Newcross as a company and to your local team and clients to ensure you're fully settled in your new role before taking the lead fully.

Our mission is to dominate the market through excellence. Our commitment is to deliver person centre care to all of our clients and their service users. Our success is down to the investment within our employees allowing them to continually excel supporting the wider business goals.
