New4all recruitment are acting as an employment business and is currently recruiting for a Quality and Process Officer towork for our client in Burton on Trent area.

Duties and Responsibilities

•To provide quality assurance to the Claims Management Unit to enable the Claims Management Unit to deliver in line with our clients requirements

•Provide support to the management team and operational teams on Quality Management Systems (QMS) and procedures

•Provide administration and co-ordination of key Quality Assurance and in house processes

•Provide a proactive approach to quality assurance activities within the Unit to ensure continuous improvement

•Support internal audits to ensure compliance to set policy and process.Supporting internal audit evaluation, providing information both statistical and narrative reports identifying non compliance issues and organise appropriate corrective actions

•Check internal audits are in place and adhered to, working with colleagues to support compliance.Monitor compliance to set processes and expected service standards of quality

•Report regularly to the Support Services Manager on QMS matters

•Work closely with the operational teams to ensure data is collated effectively to improve quality and performance

•Assist the management team in the design, development and review of performance and quality processes and activities

Required Qualifications

•Educated to a level 3 or relevant work experience in a quality assurance environment

•GSCE Maths and English

Knowledge and Experience

•Knowledge and understanding of quality systems

•Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases

•Understanding of tools, concepts and methodologies of Quality Assurance Systems

•Understanding of regulatory requirements

•Experience working with information producing reports and the ability to articulate the impact in an accessible and concise manner

Skills Required

•Attention to detail

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•A flexible approach and proactive and experienced in liaising with a wide range of departments providing quality assurance advice and data

•Team player and ability to work on own initiative

•Confidence to make challenge non compliance

Hours and Pay

This position is 37 Hours per week, Monday to Friday.

£10.07 per hour
