HR Operations Leader
Birmingham City Centre
Monday to Friday
Up to £60,000 per annum

The role of HR Operations Leader is critical to this fast-paced professional services, Global organisation and pivotal in delivering the people strategy.

This role is responsible for delivering on our employee experience ambitions and enhancing the level of service provided to the firm today and into the future.

The role:

Develop and deliver HR Services strategy, plan for the next 3 years
Full accountability for HR Operations service delivery performance. Second level escalation on service delivery.
Accountability for service delivery performance by off-shore teams and third party providers (i.e. delivering in accordance with SLAs)
Project lead on all strategic HR Operations projects
Full accountability for workforce planning of HR Operations team
Programme manage operational continuous improvements to ensure effective & streamlined implementation into the Business.
Programme manage process communications enhancements.
Service delivery reporting.
Ensure effective two-way communication between HR Ops, HR and the business.

Skills and experience:

Enhancing service delivery through teaming / stand-ups and escalations.
Team management / engagement - including training and development.
Process mapping and continuous improvement.
Programme and change management.
Stakeholder management including supplier / third party management.
Process communications (i.e. employee portal content development / FAQs etc)
Experience delivering simplification, automation and systems integrations.
International service delivery experience.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and in a fast paced environment.

Key competencies:

Client and relationship-focused, possessing a range of influencing, personal impact and communication skills that will ensure credibility with the business, and HR colleagues.
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
Excellent reporting skills and attention to detail.
Strong project management skills (Prince 2 qualified preferred but not essential)
