Project Co-Ordinator


This role exists to provide a great level of administrative support to the project team. We?ll expect you to be a positive influence throughout the organisation, acting professionally at all times, and allowing your personality to come through.

The role:

  • To provide an efficient and effective administrative support service to the designated team including: inputting, data extraction, photocopying, emailing, filing and typing duties as directed
  • Print off job packs (vetted by others) for construction teams
  • Accept asset's from the asset adopters
  • Log and forward project designs and requests
  • Deliver a high level of customer service
  • To answer/deal with queries, both face to face, over email and via telephone.
  • Take messages and pass them to the relevant member of staff in an appropriate, timely and accurate manner
  • Attend and participate in team meetings
  • To be a flexible and supportive member of the team
  • Occasionally to work in various areas of the department to help develop skills, knowledge and experience in all aspects of administration


  • GCSE or equivalent


  • Experience of working in a general administration support role
  • Experience of working within a customer service role
  • Demonstrable knowledge of operating office equipment IT e.g. telephone, computer with standard software
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other applications
