The college group was formed on 1 August 2016 when federation partners North Warwickshire & Hinckley College and South Leicestershire College officially merged, enabling both organisations to share best practice, improve quality, develop new learning opportunities for students, employers and communities, and to operate more efficiently. The College is graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted across all aspects, and has received two very positive QAA reports during the last academic year. The College is absolutely committed to excellence in all areas.
We are now seeking to appoint an Executive Co-ordinator: College Curriculum to be responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of activities of the Deputy Principal and Vice Principal. The post holder will work to ensure that the Principal and Chief Executive is able to work proficiently across the college and the college sponsored Trust (MAT), operating effectively within the demands of a fast paced and constantly changing schedule. The Executive Officer will provide administrative and executive support to facilitate the ability of the Principal to work effectively in her role in the Group and in her related external roles.
Our ideal candidate will ideally be degree educated, have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office, the ability to manage and prioritise competing priorities to schedules, be able to present and communicate information in a clear, confident and professional manner, pay excellent attention to detail, be self-motivated and have the ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Closing date Thursday 12th October at 4pm
Shortlisted candidates will be notified on Monday 16th October and interviews will be held on Thursday 19th October
