Support Analyst / Application Support ? Redditch

This exciting organisation in Redditch are moving into a period of fast and sustained growth and require a Service and Support Analyst with technical flair and excellent customer service skills.

The 2nd line support analyst will be comfortable working in high pressure fast paced environments with an aptitude to interpret client queries/requirements and absorb and retain information quickly.

The successful support analyst will have a minimum of 2 years? experience in a 2nd line/ application support role and have excellent verbal and written communication skills

The Service & Support Analyst primary duties, core tasks and responsibilities will include but not be restricted to:

  • Providing telephone and email based technical support on our suite of hosted products (training provided)
  • Liaising with technical team to resolve customer faults and queries.
  • Logging and progressing customer faults or development requests in our ticketing system, working within agreed SLAs
  • Providing additional support with product testing, documentation and training as part of the customer development cycle.
  • Supporting the incident management process to ensure all P1 incidents and service affecting issues are resolved and concluded as per defined processes and within internal KPI?s.

This role will suit a Support Analyst, ideally with bespoke systems experience, who has been working in a first line role and wants to move into 2nd line or someone who is already an established 2nd line support analyst and wants a new challenge.
