Service Delivery Manager (Governance & Compliance)

Based in Solihull, this role sits within our IT Operations, Infrastructure & Governance Team, reporting into our Head of Service Delivery. The aim of this role is to provide leadership on all Service Transition and Service Operations ITIL processes and to identify service improvement opportunities and lead the initiatives in these areas. Ultimately, we are looking for someone who will effectively manage ITIL processes within the IT Operations area (change, incident, problems, requests etc.) and ensure software license compliance.

As a business, we’re always looking to improve the way we do things so we’d like someone who has previously owned, improved and governed incident and problem management, as well as experience in running other ITIL support processes. We’re looking for somebody who will champion improvement projects in the Governance and Compliance areas. We are proud of our brands so we would like someone who is passionate about making a difference through improving and tightening process within their areas.

We look after our Hardware Assets as we have the capability to do this ourselves, we use SAM specialists to look after our Software Assets, but will need somebody who understands the SAM process. In this role you will manage our outsourced IT service providers and partner closely with the wider IT teams and business, requiring exceptional stakeholder management skills and an ability to demonstrate building effective relationships. You will be expected to own the CAB process, assessing and prioritising changes. Within this role you will have line management responsibilities of one direct report.

We’re open to candidates coming from a range of sectors or industries – although closely aligned industries such as FMCG, Retail, Pharma etc would feel like a close fit.
