A leading Vehicle Contract Hire & Leasing Broker, Authorised & regulated by the Finance Conduct Authority (FCA), & established in 1998. Specialising in & offering Business & Personal Contract Hire vehicle finance. The company is enjoying a sustained & on-going period of growth and now have a vacancy for an enthusiastic person to join the Sales Team.The successful candidate will be office based & work full time within their challenging "Call Centre" style Sales Environment, hardworking, reliable, committed, self-motivated & have the ability to work as part of a team, at speed and under pressure, as well as taking ownership of /processing own workload, a friendly personality to which customers can respond well to is vital. A good work ethic is crucial to the role. You will be responsible for dealing with customers potential & existing, providing a first class Customer Service experience, this is a very competitive market & so speedy delivery of their service is crucial, as is the ability to multi task & work accurately at speed, the role involves a high level of Admin. based tasks. Salary negotiable.Duties include: - High volume of Call taking- Dealing with high volume of Sales Enquiries- Website management/pricing updates - Social media advertising - Obtaining, raising & sending of quotations- Following up quotations, proposals & orders, to ascertain outcome/customers intentions- Data entry to raise Quotations, Proposals, & Vehicle Orders via the In House Computer System- Completion of various company forms and spreadsheets- Extensive client, funder & dealer liaison - Together with general office duties which include, email, faxing, filing & photocopying.Please Note there is no "cold calling" involved, their business & Sales Enquiries are sourced via their company - Website advertising, renewal of business & recommendations.What they are looking for:- A quick learner, able to understand & follow instructions & company procedures & regulations- Able to plan & prioritise the working day independently- Must have gained enough independent Sales Experience to Work on own initiative and identify priorities. - Well presented with a good telephone voice and manner along with excellent & proven communication skills - Able to quickly build rapport & good working relationships with clients, suppliers & fellow team members & have confidence to work well & calmly in an extremely busy sales office.- Ability to multitask & work accurately at speed is vital to this role as too is the ability to liaise well with colleagues & the Admin Dept. & provide regular feedback and updates to Management.- Previous experience within the Insurance, Financial Services or Car Sales industry would be beneficial.Qualifications:Minimum GCSE/A*-C in Maths & English or equivalent.Industry Training - AML and DPA Regulations, Introduction to Consumer Credit Regulations, & an understanding of the FCA regulations would be advantageous.
