Lettings Officer required for a temporary contract

Client Details

Large housing association based in the West Midlands is looking to expand their Allocations and Lettings team on a temporary basis.

Description

Your responsibilities will involve working at officer level within allocations and lettings team of the organisation. Your duties will include:


- Undertake void inspections
- Ensuring allocations and lettings procedures are in line with policies and procedures
- Promoting a speedy allocations and lettings procedure
-Providing advice, information and associated documentation to our customers, in relation to the letting of our properties -Closely monitoring our empty properties to maximise occupancy levels and minimise re-let times for the business
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed in a timely manner

Profile

The successful candidate will

- Have held a similar position previously
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to customer service is essential as is previous experience of supporting the delivery of high quality tenancy services
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Be proficient in using Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Hold a full UK driving licence

Job Offer

The successful candidate will receive a on-going contract paying £11 - £12 p/h
