Account Manager ? Alsager ? 18k

Working Mon ? Fri and 1 in 4 Saturdays ? 40 hours

The Role

You will handle a range of sales and customer service calls, delivering an experience that surpasses our customer?s expectations whilst creating opportunities to present suitable products and services appropriate to the customers needs.

Being first person our customers speak to when they require assistance, assess the best course of action to take, balancing excellent customer service with management of costs, liaising, progressing and keeping all parties informed.

Role responsibilities:-

  • Handling a variety of customer queries.
  • Offering knowledge on the full range
  • Accurately recording customer information.
  • Owning a problem and taking responsibility to make things happen.
  • Claims handling.
  • Required SkillsYou must also:-
  • Experience in property management / maintenance would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Have excellent IT skills and have the ability to navigate various software solutions.
  • Be a natural communicator with a confident telephone manner.
  • Have strong customer service skills.
  • Be a Team player with a ?Can Do? attitude.
  • Have the ability to operate in a fast paced environment and multi task.
