This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a global business working in a successful sales team as an Internal Sales Executive based in Solihull.

As a key part of our Sales Team you will focus on proactively generating leads and qualifying suspect opportunities for the field based sales team. You will be an integral part of our internal lead generation project - spending time identifying potential client requirements and focusing on the 'value add' solutions we can offer potential clients. You will use your advanced communication and influencing skills to uncover 'pain points', identify key decision makers and arrange qualified appointments for the sales team.

  • Supply qualified leads to the field based sales team, within the guideline parameters
  • Arrange qualified appointments for the field based sales team
  • Capture all opportunities identified in the new business sales pipeline and ensure opportunities are managed and recorded at all stages of the pipeline
  • Systematically work through potential leads generated via our Marketo online marketing tool
  • Manage your own prospect list based on leads generated independently
  • Qualify suspect opportunities from delegate lists/ data bases
  • Gain a thorough understanding of our prospects business and develop ongoing dialogue with them
  • Ensure all activity is recorded in a timely and accurate manner on the CRM system



The successful candidate must have the following:

  • Ability to identify key decision makers and develop relationships
  • Previous experience of cold calling and lead generation
  • Ability to qualify leads and book appointments for external BDMS

Job Offer

This is a permanent role with a basic salary paying up to £24,000, you have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.
