The ideal candidate will have experience in working in a 'resource delivery' capacity in a recruitment company or in-house recruitment function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract relevant candidates for live roles and future pipeline of roles
  • Create an organised 'bank' of suitable potential candidates and create long term working relationships by giving a high level of communication and service
  • Interview and meet with suitable candidates to assess their suitability using competency based interview techniques
  • Competency based interview these staff and maintain accurate detail on their key skills and suitability
  • Check compliance and maintain and manage the risk management aspect for the team for compliance
  • Meet and exceed KPI's relevant to the Project Delivery Function on a regular consistent basis
  • Deliver correct skills and personality match in line with client requirements
  • Deliver to deadlines and prioritise frequently
  • Clear and open communication with sales team and Project Delivery manager
  • Write and advertise job roles - making sure they maximise their return on investment
  • Administering skills testing where appropriate for this pool of candidates
  • Deliver candidate attraction focused planning and demonstrate execution of this plan
  • Develop templates and processes that contribute to the success and delivery of the provision of staff to our clients
  • Create and deliver a marketing / attraction strategy over time
  • Contribute to the success of the 'brand' of the operational division - providing excellent internal and external professional support
