I am actively seeking a care coordinator to join a busy domiciliary care service in the Solihull area.

This is an exciting opportunity that offers scope and potential to work for an established, quality focussed provider who delivers high quality care to people with a range of needs in their own homes.

The service is currently rated "Good" with CQC.

This is a unique opportunity that has a key focus on scheduling care for clients and producing concise rotas. Predominantly office based, you will support and assist care staff and management to deliver the highest quality of care possible.

You will be required to manage enquiries; both face to face and on the phone, liaise and delegate effectively within the staff team, coordinate and maintain client schedules on a monthly, weekly and daily basis and monitor carer hours and punctuality.

Although rare, you will be required, from time to time, to cover client visits and will share responsibility for the on call phone.

I am looking for applications from candidates who have a significant background within the domiciliary care sector and who can demonstrate excellent rota/scheduling knowledge and experience. You will possess comprehensive CQC knowledge and be competent in working as part of a team, as well as on your own initiative.

This is a great for a field care supervisor who is seeking the next step in their domiciliary care career.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential when applying for the rota coordinator position. In terms of qualifications, you must hold a minimum of the QCF level 3 in health and social care and have previously held employment in a senior carer, scheduler or carer coordinator capacity within the domiciliary care sector.

This opportunity is based on the outskirts of Solihull so excellent geographical knowledge of Solihull, Shirley, Olton, Redditch and surrounding areas is essential.

This rewarding opportunity is offering a competitive salary in the region of £18000 per annum. You will also benefit from a generous annual leave allowance, continued training and development and other appealing benefits.

Interested? This urgent role is looking for someone to commence employment ASAP and update service DBS's will be considered.

So.... please forward your CV via email to or apply online today.

Brook Street Social Care are only able to process applications from candidates who are eligible to work in the UK.
