Summary: The Account Manager will work within the Global Customer Service Team leading online and offline projects from brief to completion. The team is responsible for the delivery of aftersales marketing campaigns to drive revenue and retention across all markets from strategic development to asset creation - including brochures, direct mail, email, social, photography, film, animations, point of sale and business-to-business communications. The role will require travel to the client premises in Whitley approximately 1-2 days per week and may involve occasional travel to other S44 offices. The role: The Account Manager will work within the Global Customer Service Team leading online and offline projects from brief to completion. Responsibilities: - Working closely with the Customer Service Account Director to deliver against agreed Client/Agency strategies, proposals and briefs - Leading project and status meetings with clients - Understanding the creative process including briefings, reviews and approvals - Engaging with clients, Markets and internal S44 stakeholders across the business and keeping relevant parties informed - Coaching junior team members and delegating tasks as required - Controlling budgets and timings - Managing campaign delivery - Contributing to continued process improvement to ensure successful delivery against Customer Service KPIs Person Specification - Bachelor degree - preferred. - 3 years' work experience in an account management role - preferably on automotive business. - Sound working knowledge of all aspects of the marketing mix - Ability to judge client briefs and creative work against defined strategy and propositions - Understanding of a global account including roll-out to markets - Experience in a client-facing role - Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills - People management experience - Flair for multi-tasking and handling a high volume of work efficiently and accurately - Meticulous attention to detail - Proficient using Microsoft excel, word and powerpoint for mac - Financial acumen including estimating and budget tracking Benefits - 25 days holiday - Life Assurance (4 x annual salary) - Income Protection - Pension (up to 5% contributory) - BUPA Healthcare & Foresight Health Cash Plan - Childcare vouchers - Cycle to Work Scheme - Season ticket loan (interest free) - Exclusive 25% discount on JLR Brand goods - JLR Privilege Programme - up to 20% off Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles.
