I have an Immediate requirement for an experienced Contracts Manager to join an expanding office fit out and Refurbishment contractor, covering primarily commercial projects. My client has a vast experience in Interior fit out and are now looking for their next full time member to take hold of their Commercial fit out division.
My client is an award winning principal contractor in the design, refurbishment and fit out of commercial interiors. Based in Birmingham, they offer a full Design, Build and Management service.
Due to their exponential growth, they are now seeking a talented and creative Contracts Manager to join their team.
As a Contracts Manager you will be able to manage multiple projects within the value of around £400k to 1.2 million.
Key Duties will include:
Managing the client relationship from start to finish
Take priority over H&S
Working to on mainly CAT B fit outs Controlling all commercial aspects of each project from inception through to completion
Run client meetings regularly
Motivating and inspiring teams
Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained
Hand over projects on time and to budget and quality
Following all projects through all stages from start to hand over through to final accounts
SMSTS , CSCS , First aid at work, Clean driving license and a minimum of 5 years experience.
A history on the tools would be advantageous.
MUST be Contractually astute
A genuine passion for the Industry.
£50,000 - £55,000 plus company car / car allowance and package.
