Internal Sales Executive - Automotive
An Internal Sales Executive is required to be based at the Gaydon office of this large automotive manufacturer within their special vehicle department.
Internal Sales Executive/Sales Coordinator - £30K - Gaydon
This role will suit an internal sales executive that has experience of generating B2B sales leads, prospecting for new business, sales coordination/sales support and administration, handling customer enquiries and has good attention to detail along with managing projects cradle to grave.
The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for managing all special orders from a customer's specification through to build and then delivery providing high levels of customer service and expertise.
You will ensure that all sales information and leads are correctly prioritised and processed in a timely manner.
Manage dealer enquiries
Developing new business leads
Be the main point of contact for all customer related activity in regards to special vehicle sales.
You will liaise with Product Development teams to provide regular status reports
Liaise with internal departments to raise payment and shipping invoices
Produce sign-off sheets for customer orders.
Up to £30,000 basic salary
39 hour week
26 days holiday + Bank Holidays

The Internal Sales Executive must have worked in a sales support/sales coordination role
Must have some experience of developing new business
You will have worked in commercial, luxury marketing or sales
Must have high levels of numeracy and literacy
You will ideally have a business based degree/qualification
Must have used in house CRM systems
