Position details:

The Leisure channel is a very important one for us, and one in which we are investing heavily. We have a position currently in our regional team, focusing on the South and South Coast - from the M5 to the M3, and up to the M4.

It's a growing area, where you will have control over a number of existing key customers and a growing portfolio of new products to drive your new business development opportunities. You will take on ownership for a good level of budgetary control and an opportunity to really maximise our potential in this area, the landscape will be that of an enhanced proposition with a great energy and portfolio.

You will work across JBP and tactical planning, budget control, contact strategy, POS and equipment deployment and negotiations. You will sit in our strong leisure team, and given a great deal of autonomy and scope to work creatively to really drive volume, profitability, share and quality. This is a field based role, and you will be based within easy reach of your target region(s).

  • We are looking for those with ideas and a strong work ethic, who can inspire customers, are always looking forward to improve and challenge convention in order to beat the competition. You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organisational and time management skills, attention to detail and are very self motivated.
  • You will have previous experience of customer management, from an FMCG sector, preferably from a related channel such as leisure, on-trade, licensed or multi-site retail operators/MRG's - but we are open to those from other channels who want to get into this focus.
  • Highly developed ability to assess customers business and drive compelling and articulate opportunities.
  • Good commercial acumen to enable RoI, with experience and confidence of budget control and forecasting.
