Fleet and Leasing Technical Account Manager

Our client is looking to appoint a high calibre Technical Account Manager to be the primary contact for their leasing and fleet teams. This is a brand new position which will require the successful applicant to mainly large clients both onsite and by telephone. Being the primary contact will require the successful candidate to make sure that all service requests and incidents are resolved to a satisfactory conclusion. The role requires someone who can manage and delegate tasks as well as regularly liaising with the customer to keep them up to date.
As a Technical Account Manager, it is essential that you have experience within the fleet or leasing industry with a knowledge of the fleet or leasing software. With exceptional client management skills and relationship management experience you will be the face of the business to a lot of the company's main clients. Strong Windows and Office skills are a essential and any technical skills would be an added advantage such as SQL or c# or ITIL.
