The role:-

  • Source and attract candidates
  • Interview and evaluate candidate suitability
  • Being responsible for reference checks, in-line with company vetting procedures
  • Place suitable candidates to meet client expectations, achieving desired revenue
  • To liaise with clients on a daily basis to understand their needs and fulfil their requirements
  • Maintain and develop current client relationships to ensure an excellent level of customer satisfaction and to maximise business opportunities
  • Ensure records are kept in line with Employment Legislation
  • Develop new clients by lead generation, telephone sales, through to face to face meetings
