This position offers the opportunity to take on the new role of IT Systems Support Analyst in a leading organisation, which offers excellent training and career progression possibilities. Based in a warehouse environment, this is not your usual office job and you can expect exciting and varied day to day tasks as well as a fast paced office environment.
Your new role
You will act as the technical point of contact to fix IT systems incidents, providing 1st/2nd Line support. You will be documenting and resolving service tickets efficiently according to SLA. You will be proactively monitoring process and recommend procedures and controls for continuous improvement. You will be maintaining effective communication within the IT team and other departments.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will have competent IT literacy and ability around applications & systems, experience of 1st-2nd Line support.
- You will have a hands on and proactive attitude, preferably having experienced work in an industrial setting before.
- You will ideally feel comfortable dealing with Citrix platforms and Linux based systems (not essential).
- You will have excellent communications skills as well as interpersonal skills. You will have your drivers license and own transportation
