Administrator/Receptionist - Lichfield
Our client based in Lichfield are looking to recruit a Administrator/Receptionist to join their team on a fixed term 12 month contract.
The ideal candidate shall have extensive administration experience and be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Managing a busy switchboard
- Maintaining the visitors sign in process including allocating passes etc.
- Overseeing a busy Outlook account
- Ordering stationary and other supplies
- Organising travel and accommodation bookings
- Completing general administrative duties
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong IT skills including all Microsoft packages
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Effective organisation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- At least 12 months administration experience
- A flexible approach to work
GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 per annum
Hours of Work:
8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
