Salary: 16.5k - 19k
A global company in Lichfield are seeking an Administrator to join their growing business to provide full office based administrative support and a small amount of HR support to the relevant teams.
Taking calls through main phone line and transferring/taking messages as required
General mailbox, forwarding emails to required employees and responding to those within remit as required
Learning & Development administration, induction plans for new starters, updating HR system with training information, room bookings, organisation charts
Marketing administration and support, checking competitor research
Invoicing for the Maintenance Department, scanning and sending invoices by email or post.
For this role we are looking for a dynamic administrator with the following skills and experience:
- experience within a busy office environment
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- proven ability to multi-task
- PC literate with Microsoft Office software
- Team player
