We are currently looking for an experienced administrator to join one of our client's offices as a Clerical Assistant, supporting with day-today responsibilities and being the first point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.

Main duties & Responsibilities:
*You will be providing a timely and efficient administrative support service.
*You will be acting as the first point of contact, meeting internal and external stakeholders/client, taking messages and auctioning where appropriate.
*You will be drafting documentation and correspondence where appropriate.
*You will be undertaking a variety of data inputting, updating and extraction of data as required.
*You also will be assisting and arranging travel arrangements as requested and undertaking clerical tasks and word-processing to support committees and meetings as requested.
*You will also be undertaking photocopying, arranging meetings, carrying out filling, rising purchase orders via Agresso and the collation and distribution of documentation.

Experience & Education:
*Good standard of education and qualified to GSCE level including Maths and English at Grade C or above.
*Experience of working in an administrative role.
*Experience of using a computer and excellent knowledge of MS Office Products, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
*Ideally an experience of working with databases systems.
