Contact Centre Implementation Project Manager

Are you looking to get involved in implementing Contact Centre Solutions? Looking for an end to end Project Manager who gets involved at Bid stage all the way through to Post Live support. You would be looking at resource requirements up front and owning the solution from a contact centre point of view then get involved in the mobilisation of the account all the way through to go live date, then making sure the account transitions smoothly into Business As Usual. The contact centre is around Facilities Management Services and the hiring client have 4 across the country so an element of travel will be involved although you will be West Midlands based. Ideally someone who has done this before in a consultancy would be ideal. Must have strong stakeholder management, customer facing skills, Project Management sometimes stepping into a Programme role as well.
