As Leasing Technical Services Manager you will be part of a dynamic delivery team accountable for customer relationships and responsible for providing the highest level of support to a high standard within defined service level agreements whilst managing issues through to resolution.

This is both office based and on site with your key UK clients of which there are 15.

You will deliver to tight deadlines and identify resolutions to incoming requests, resolving incidents with the help and support of the rest of the team.

* Plan and manage systems directly with your customers, manage timescales, resources and risks
* Provide on-site support to your customers
* Conduct regular reviews
* Handle complex or difficult issues to achieve swift resolution
* Be a team player - manage and delegate tasks to a Team of level 1 and 2 support analysts
* Provide customers with product usage advice and guidance
* Identify and manage the appropriate priorities and required action (for example, escalation)
* Be the customer advocate and represent their perspective
* Provide updates and detailed product release information
* Contribute to attainment of internal and external KPI and SLA compliance
* Communicate regularly with team members and clients though face to face meetings, stand ups, and reviews.

You should have good IT skills and experience of Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8 along with Microsoft Office.
