Are you an aspiring HR Manager looking to step up into a senior, strategic position where you will manage and develop a range of policies, processes and practices within a leading engineering/ manufacturing company?

On offer is a varied role where you will be responsible for legal compliance, recruitment, employee relations and also carry out payroll.

This role would suit a HR Manager or Officer looking to progress with an interest in the engineering/ manufacturing industry where you can lead policies and processes within an autonomous role.

The Role:

* Providing consistant high quality advice and HR support accross the organistion
* Using the in house system / databases to maintain HR information
* Compliance to HR standards throughout all HR Processes

The Person:

* HR Officer/ Manager, CIPD Qualified (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development)
* Experience with HR/payroll systems and databases
* Worked in an Engineering/ Manufacturing/ Construction environment previously
