Commercial Account Handler
£20,000 - £25,000

My client, a very well established Commercial Insurance Broker, are currently seeking an Account Handler to manage a portfolio of commercial risks.

The Role

Due to a period of sustained growth and investment, the business is looking to capitalise on this growth and recruit an Account Handler to work alongside an Account Executive to service all aspects of the clients account.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the clients accounts including renewals, adjustments, queries and any other issues that may arise on the accounts. In addition to this, you will be actively involved in the broking of new business to market - liaising with Insurers and negotiating the best possible terms.

You will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of classes of commercial business including property, liability, combined and financial lines amongst others. These clients will generally be large SME to mid-market clients, so exposure to these risks would be an advantage, although they will look at someone with commercial experience who was looking for their next career move.
