Accounts Administrator

We are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator in the Walsall area.

As an Accounts Administrator you will need to have:

  • Month end experience
  • Experience with bookkeeping in a practice or commercial environment
  • Knowledge of Sage Line 50
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Have a good attention to detail

Details:

  • Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum
  • Working Hours : 09:00-17:15 Mon-Fri
  • Location: Walsall
  • Duration: Permanent

Role of an Accounts Administrator:

  • Preparing monthly accounts
  • Updating and reconciling cash books
  • Processing invoices and payments
  • Accruals, prepayments and journals
  • VAT returns
  • Ad hoc duties as required
  • Deal with financial statements
