Hamlin Knight are currently recruiting for an Onsite Recruitment Specialist to join a leading logistics company at their Coventry hub on a fixed term contract basis which will be reviewed after 3 months.

The Senior Recruitment Advisor manages the end to end recruitment cycle for the business, developing a candidate pipeline for all permanent and temporary recruitment needs. When necessary the recruitment consultant works directly with the Head of HR to review all recruitment policies and procedures.

The responsibilities of the role include:
*To offer guidance and support to the recruitment team in the absence of the Head of Recruitment
*To deliver directly resourced candidates to internal departments with various skills and backgrounds
*Be the recruitment subject matter expert and advise internal stakeholders
*Working closely and developing strong relationships with all hiring managers, to understand resourcing requirements and job expectations
*You will screen application forms, shortlist applicants, devise and implement selection process, conduct interviews
*Use of social media (e.g. Linked In) and all forms of networking to attract new talent to the business
*Ensure effective communication is encouraged and maintained between all parties
*Where necessary, liaise with Agencies and negotiate on rates.
*Uploading jobs to various job boards & website
*Ensure that best practice is upheld
*Take full responsibility for the recruitment and selection process for temporary staffing requirements, on predominantly direct and via agency partners

The successful candidate will have experience of end to end recruitment including brief taking, CV screening, competency based interviewing and offer management. Significant experience in talent acquisition (in house), in particular search/headhunting is required for the position. For this role, you will need to have strong negotiation skills, excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to manage multiple demands.
