Grade K - 55,000 - 61,000 pa + Benefits, based at Hindlip, Worcester - Closing date Friday 6th October. Enabling the efficient, effective design of ICT customer services, you'll deliver the service architectures that produce integrated business solutions that perpetually challenge and enable continuous improvement. Taking the lead for developing and documenting the ICT Service Strategy and roadmaps, and working collaboratively with colleagues to define objectives, service levels and performance indicators, you'll be the authority on change, innovation and delivering on both service and cost requirements. Key to success will be a collaborative, forward-looking approach. What you'll need Whether you're of degree calibre in a relevant discipline or have substantial experience gained in a similarly complex, multi-supplier ICT environment, you'll also be ITIL certified. With a working knowledge of Service Architect Design and ICT enterprise architecture principles, you'll already have a track record of delivering services designed to meet business need. You'll relish the opportunity to take ownership of service design from inception through delivery. Taking the lead wherever necessary, you'll bring a positive approach to problem solving, confident communication and influencing skills and the ability to work collaboratively to deliver outcomes.
