Commercial Claims Administrator
An established insurance business seeks in Birmingham City Centre seeks a hardworking and enthusiastic individual with insurance experience to join their team.
As a Claims Administrator you will provide full administrative support to a team of Claims Handlers as well is being involved in the Claims Handling process.
You will efficiently and accurately review each item of incoming post relevant to allocated Claims Unit and ensure that the correct details are shown, thereafter to match each piece of post to the relevant claims file and pass all matched files to the relevant Incident Manager. You will also processes all post delivered in conjunction with other Administrators on a rota basis and ensure that each individual item of post is correctly date stamped and delivered to the correct claims Unit.
To be considered you must be able to display administration experience within a similar insurance environment. You must be able to display good attention to detail and accuracy as well as being able to recognise the importance of urgency.
