The Opportunity

We're looking for a Leadership & Management Trainer to join Calex at our newly dedicated Robins & Day Academy based at our Head Office in Coventry.

People growth is important and we encourage our employees to progress within the Group.

Therefore, as the Leadership & Management Trainer you will play a key role in developing our current and emerging managers.

You'll work with the Senior Management teams to create and deliver a suit of leadership and management learning in a variety of delivery methods including virtual, one to one and classroom style. You'll mainly be based at The Academy in Coventry, however, you may need to travel to any of our 38 sites UK wide which could include overnight stays.

Do you have the combination of skills we need?

We're looking for an experienced training professional ideally with experience in delivering to management. You'll be known for your excellent interpersonal skills and your ability to recognise and respond to different learning styles. Delivering outstanding results is paramount as you'll play a key part in supporting our ambition to become a Top 100 Employer in the Best Companies Employment Survey.
