The Energy & Utility Skills Group are recruiting for a part –time Business Administrator to join their Energy and Utilities Independent Assessment Service (EUIAS).

About the role

Reporting to the Delivery Manager, the Business Administrator will provide the EUIAS team with effective and co-ordinated administrative support for which responsibilities and tasks will be wide ranging and varied.

In this varied a critically important role, the Business Administrator you will provide general administrative support including diary management, minute taking and maintaining the EUIAS website. As the key point of contact for the EUIAS Trailblazer Apprenticeship processes, you will also be required to manage effective relationships with employers and key stakeholders.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly motivated with strong administration skills and experience of working in a busy office environment. It’s also important that you have good Microsoft Office skills and the confidence and drive to work proactively.

Naturally, you’ll need excellent communication skills and be able to develop strong relationships with the sector’s employers, training providers and other stakeholders.
