Your new role
The Associate Director of HR will be part of the senior management team and will be responsible for the development and implementation of the people strategy across the organisation. The role will lead the HR and L&D team in the delivery of an operational HR service which is aligned to organisational values and HR plan. The Associate Director of HR role will provide strategic HR leadership, drive organisational development and project manage change management programmes. The role is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have operated within a strategically focused HR Director level role within a complex and change orientated organisation. The ideal background will be a mix of both public and commercial sector experience. Proven experience of partnering and influencing board level leadership teams and unions is essential.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £63,000 to £70,000 plus excellent benefits
