Temporary Sales Administrator - Birmingham

Oliver William Recruitment are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator, to join the services team of a growing construction company based in Birmingham.

The company is looking for someone with a background in B2B sales administration and customer service, who enjoys a daily challenge and has a strong work ethic; ensuring that all tasks are seen through to completion.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communicational skills, excellent organisational skills and must have an incredible eye for detail. You must be comfortable liaising with clients and stakeholders on any level, and have a real desire to provide customer service levels that are second to none.

As a Sales Administrator, your role will involve:

  • Answering telephone calls from customers and staff and dealing with all enquiries from start to finish.
  • Processing and managing complex orders from receipt until fulfilment.
  • Scheduling appointments and ordering equipment.
  • Following procedures and implementing process improvements when required.
  • Invoicing customers for products and services.
  • Relationship building with customers and colleagues.
  • Actively using a CRM system to record customer information and manage lead administration.

This is a full time, temporary position between the hours of 9:00am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday and the company is looking to pay between £18,000 - £20,000 per annum. This is a great role in a busy environment, where you may need to work over your normal hours in order to get the job done.
