Interaction Recruitment are looking for a Warehouse Administrator in Shirley, Solihull.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm with 1 hour for lunch

Pay rate: £9.00 per hour going up to £9.74 after completing 12 weeks.

The role will involve:

  • Ordering products to maintain adequate stock levels

  • Co-ordinating diaries

  • Answering the phone to internal and external customers

  • Placing purchase orders with suppliers

  • Organizing transport for customer despatches

  • Coordinating & updating courier claims process

  • Producing daily / weekly / monthly departmental KPI’s

  • Organise and produce shipper labels using different electronic systems

  • Inputting data

  • Dealing with lorry drivers and process operators

  • Working under pressure

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous experience working in the office area preferably within the logistics area

  • Have very good English skills both written and spoken

  • Have excellent attention to detail.

  • Have excellent key board skills.

  • Be able to work within a busy environment
