Our client, a reputable private healthcare organisation based in the West Midlands, is looking for a HR Officer on a fixed term basis. The working hours for the post are flexible, based on a 35 hour week. Our client is looking to interview as soon as possible and the salary for the position is negotiable dependent upon experience.
The successful candidate must have achieved A*- C Maths and English GCSE or equivalent and have exposure to employee relations within a HR environment.
Duties will include (but not limited to)
*Acting as the first point of contact for employee and management HR queries, including advising on specialist queries including terms and conditions, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, flexible working, maternity, paternity and recruitment
* Developing recruitment methods in order to drive talent attraction, advising line managers in regards to recruitment processes
* Supporting with the delivery of the annual cycle HR processes such as performance management and incremental reviews and calculated annual holiday entitlements for full and part time staff
* Overseeing national probation processes, ensuring review meetings take place and end of probation or extension letters are provided
* Work with the wider HR Team on continuous improvement processes and specialist projects
