Manpower are urgently seeking a Customer Service Advisor for an immediate start based in the Halesowen area.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be:
*Dealing with and maximising all sales enquiries by, telephone, fax, email and post
*Internal point of contact for customers ensuring client's requirements are fulfilled and expectations are met
*Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
*Chasing overdue orders, quotations and monitoring on-going projects
*Maintaining client files and ensuring contact details are regularly updated
*Respond promptly to customer inquiries
*Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
*Handle and resolve customer complaints
*Provide pricing and delivery information
*Set up new customer accounts
*Process orders, forms, applications and requests
*Organise workflow to meet customer timeframes

The successful individual will have:

*Experience in multi discipline customer facing sale role: demand generation or order fulfilment
*Strong competency in using Microsoft Office applications;
*Good time management skills
*Excellent oral and written communication skills
*Must be dependable and trustworthy
*Must exercise good customer service skills to both internal and external employees or clients
*Must be self-motivated, focused, and persistent
*Must have excellent networking skills
*Must be goal and detail oriented
*Attention to detail

Hours of work:

*Monday to Thursday - 08.00am till 17.00pm
*Friday - 08.00am till 16.00pm
*(30min lunch included)
