The Nuffield Health Derby Hospital, set within beautiful grounds just outside the city centre, undertakes predominately elective surgical procedures. The hospital has 49 inpatient beds which include an 8 bedded dedicated chemotherapy unit, three operating theatres, out-patient consultation and treatment facilities together with excellent diagnostic facilities including CT and MRI.
This is an extremely varied and fast paced role in which you will be an integrated member of the Outpatient Department Customer Service team and you will respond to a variety of customer requests to support both private and NHS patients to access the hospital services.
Your passion for customers will be demonstrated through your ability to provide great service from the initial greeting right through to making sure they have an excellent consumer experience.
It is imperative that candidates must have excellent IT and keyboard skills, good communication/interpersonal skills and good organisation and analytical skills.
Candidates must be prepared to undertake training as necessary for the role.
