Interim Finance Director
Robert Half Management Resources are currently looking for an Interim Finance Director for an international manufacturing company based in the West Midlands. The Role Working alongside the CFO some of your key responsibilities will be: -Managing a small Finance team, delivering accurate and timely monthly accounts -Analysing and managing costs to drive further profitability -Development of reporting and the finance function -Presenting key findings to the board -Key part of all business decision making -Liaising with all areas of the business helping to provide broader commercial input and drive the business forward The Candidate The ideal candidate would have a background in Manufacturing, a good understanding of cost management, US GAAP and experience in the development of reporting tools and finance functions.
