POSITION SUMMARY

The Account Executive is responsible for looking after existing customers and securing new business.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Make sales visits to existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Make sales visits to prospective customers to introduce our company and services to win new business
  • Check that customers actual volume and revenue is similar to original expectations
  • Investigate reasons and take corrective action for any discrepancies
  • Complete all necessary documentation to ensure that rates agreed with the customer are communicated to finance
  • Ensure the centre staff are fully aware of any unusual requirements agreed with the customer
  • Complete all reporting procedures as required by the country Business Development Manager
  • Achieve all targets as set down by the Business Development Manager
  • Prepare and present presentations to major customers and prospects
  • Prepare and present projects at monthly sales meetings and other meetings as required

EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Two years field sales experience
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a busy environment
  • Able to work in a targeted driven environment.
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Full clean driving licence held for at least one year
