business is currently looking for a Client Support Advisor to join their Birmingham based team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy and supportive team and you will be working at the very core of this fantastic business. Your role as an Advisor will be to support and advice a wide range of clients over the phone. You will be supporting individuals with health issues, booking in appointments and making referrals.

You will need to be empathetic and able to build relationships with clients quickly!

You will need to manage a large number of calls, and will need to maintain professionalism at all times. You will need to ensure that all company records are up to date, and be able to gather all relevant information from clients. This will involve handling confidential information, which you will need to be sensitive to. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a contact centre, and will be extremely confident on the telephone.
