Interim Operations Manager - West Midlands - circa £30,000 per annum
An Interim Operations Manager role based in the West Midlands paying £30,000 per annum provides an exciting opportunity to join a high achieving public sector organisation who are continuing to expand.
Your new role
You will manage a small team to deliver high quality administration services across the organisation. Managing the day to day operations you will ensure services provided to internal and external customers are delivered on time and to a high standard, managing response according to need. You will ensure process and protocols are maintained and continuously improved, responding to change to develop new ways of working. You will take responsibility for the development and performance management of your team, as well as managing resource to meet specific demands.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have successfully lead operations and managed teams previously and will have the natural ability to influence and motivate staff within a customer focused environment. You will have a proven track record of leading on change to improve efficiency and will ideally have experience of working within an FE or HE environment.
What you'll get in return
