Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Binley Business Park, Coventry
Salary: £16,016
Hours: Fully flexible Monday to Sunday to work 5 days between the hours of 8am to 10pm to work an 8 hour shift – 40 hour week (You are informed of your shifts 4 weeks in advance!)

5 weeks of training are provided – the training is fun, interactive, classroom and activity based and you will be training with at least 10 new starters. Your coach will work with you on a daily basis to provide support, let you know how you are progressing, listen to your calls, coach you and ensure you are happy in your role!

The client is very keen on internal progression. Starting on the telephone provides a core foundation in Financial Services and Payments and will benefit you in the long run allowing you to progress throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure strict Data Protection protocols are followed
• Follow strict processes and procedures in line with our contractual obligations
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to customer enquires
• Respond efficiently and effectively to customer enquiries
• Good listening skills; being able to understand and manage customers concerns and needs
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Problem solving
• Build good rapport with external and internal customers
• Professional, proactive and positive approach
• Achieve call, quality and performance targets at individual and team level

Key Requirements
Essential
• Experience in a customer service environment over the telephone OR face to face
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office
• Ability to use in-house computer and telephony systems
• Demonstrable experience of achieving targets
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as a team and on own initiative
• Flexibility to meet the needs of our business

Desirable
• Experience within the financial sector
• It may be necessary to undergo credit, fraud and DBS checks
