Project Coordinator ( Maternity Cover )
We are recruiting on behalf of our client who are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to support the project team.Existing Customer Orders
- Project Manage all orders from the existing customer base
- Epos Installations
- Product training orders
- Decentralisation orders
- Managing the customer communication following a signed contract through to completion
- Ensure customer is fully aware of installation/training process
- Ensure project is completed within budget and timeline
- All tasks risks highlighted in Project Management tool
- All resource scheduled accordingly
- Trainer Handover
- Trainer communication during and after project
- Manage new orders of Payment Gateway
- Experience of clients business
- Expreience within clients customer base
- Knowledge of clients products
- Knowledge of clients training plans/sessions
- Knowledge of PCI o Live procedure
- Good general IT skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within a set timescale.
- The abiltiy to prioritise tasks.
- Strong Attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
- The ability and self-confidence to independently manage own time
