Our Energy Installation Services Team in Coventry is looking for Sales Advisors Sales advisor Sales Advisor
At E.ON Energy Installation Services Ltd, our team helps customers with energy saving measures to help reduce energy waste and, in some cases, ease fuel poverty. Making life more comfortable for customers is what makes us tick and, as we grow our business we want to do even more. We listen to what customers really want, we advise them on what's right for them and then we make it happen. External wall insulation, new boilers, loft insulation, cavity wall insulation - the list goes on.
Our passionate customer service team is looking for experienced Sales Advisors to join them. Working with existing and potential new customers, you will be promoting our exciting products, and acting as an ambassador for Installation Services. This is not a cold calling role; you will guide interested customers through the sales process and ensure the customer’s best interests are always taken into account. Whether this is a finance application or a simple customer query, your clarity and openness will mean the customer is always informed, and always saving the most they can on their energy bills.
As a driven sales individual, meeting and exceeding sales targets will be your norm. However what will set you apart is your desire not just to sell to our customers, but to act as a consultant to them. Your understanding of their needs, will allow you to proactively recommend the best products for them and provide them with a great customer experience. Within the department you will be crucial in analysing our quotes, to see if we are staying market competitive. Your input to the pricing team will be vital, after all, you’re the one closest to our customer.
What we need from you:
•Excellent communication skills.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft PC applications (Outlook, Excel).
•Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.
•You must have previous experience of working in a customer service or sales role.
•Have attention to detail and accuracy.
•Experience of complaint identification.
•Able to follow rules and guidelines
It would be great if you have:
•Experience of working within an FCA regulated business
•Can evidence a high level of numerical and written skills.
•The ability to build relationships and show empathy.
•Experience of dealing with a variety of customers.
•GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Maths and English.
•Able to thrive working independently and drive self to continually meet and exceed targets.
This role is based in Greenwood, Coventry
Due to the nature of this role a CRB (Criminal Record Bureau) check is required.
